Problem Unistalling PM 2.0 (Preview)

I need help. I installed the PM 2.0 (Preview) in early October when it was first available. The license expired on 10/31/04. My system will not complete an uninstall of the preview. Also it will not complete an install of the final release.
I have a license for 1.1.103. It was installed when I got the messages above. I uninstalled it successfully. Still got the same result above after this.
The message I get is shown in the attachment.
How do I resolve this?
