Hi - I previously submitted this to
info@itp-commerce.com but after one or two emails back and forth, communications from ITP Commerce stopped (despite a few follow ups).
When installing PM5 on a Vista 32bit Pro laptop, I get the attached message, just after the very first screen where you click "Next" to commence the installation. After getting this message, installation stops.
I have gotten the software to work successfuly on a different Vista desktop, but need it to work on the laptop. The software is excellent, but I am abit worried about quality of support before i dive in and purchase the software.
Any help appreciated.
