Hello,

I get the following errors during installation. Any ideas?

1) "Error 1001, Uknown error '-1'"
2) Can't find file <path> ITPCommerce.Process.Modeler.Addin.Installstate

I have Visio 2003, Office 2003, MS .NET 2.0, and IE 6.0 installed on XP Pro 2002, SP2. I also have administrative rights.

I've tried "running" the installation and running it from a saved file - both after a reboot and after cleaing the TMP files out of the destination directory.

After each failed install, I don't see the program installed in Control Panel. Event Viewer shows the same two error messages above - no other details.
