You will not need to re-enter the license key again as part of the re-install process. The key will remain in your Windows registry unless you delete it manually or with some sort of registry cleaner.

As a side note, we will be releasing SR7 some time next week in case you wanted to wait in order to avoid having to re-update again only days apart.
