Find an exam which contains events (Intermediate on the flow and an activity border timer event).
Please note: XPDL 1.0 does not have a definition for events. This means that there is no direct mapping possible.
We map this events to "route activities". You will get such a XPDL information message if you validate your diagram with XPDL Element Validation enabled.

If you will use a process engine such as Carnot (see [www.carnot.ag]) which is able to read in XPDL files there are much more possibilities to map directly for this target environment. Process Modeler can easily be enhanced with a Carnot extension .
