Define workflow status
Vizi-Modeler allows to setup a publishing-workflow, based on user defined status. An item must reach the last status in the workflow until it can published to HTML or in SharePoint.

If using Vizi-Manager you can set the status on saving time of any storable repository item or you can set the status in the Repository Explorer.
